Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Roland parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Motorola product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the AV901AB100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P42GS manufactured by Roland and we are pleased to be able to service most Roland systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XR712122TP by Manufacturer Motorola as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Nais Brand KT7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kuroda such as MAP16 equipment made by Kuroda have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kuroda products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kuroda" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ATL1121 made by Nais as well as the popular CJ1WV680C12 original spares produced by Omron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0204201926E by Num and MAP16 spares by Kuroda are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
